Gift Box Set of 8 Pigments For Resin Art

Limited edition gift box set containing a variety of 8 pigments suitable for use with epoxy resin. Perfect for gifting! 

Each box set includes a variety of transparent tints, alcohol inks, mica powder and metal powder, where indicated. Please refer to the description in the photos to identify the type of pigments given.

Take note that box set S08 contains an additional embellishment and 3 silicone moulds.

Tints and alcohol inks are packed in 10ml bottles and the powders are packed by volume in a 10ml jar. 

See below for more information on each type of pigment:

Transparent tints, mica powders and artist powders allows you to achieve varying degrees, intensities and of colour saturation by varying the amount of pigment added.

Please take note that adding tints to resin can alter the hardness and thermal stability of resin. That might mean that the resin may cure softer than usual and have a lower heat resistance.

The alcohol inks can be also used as transparent tints when mixed into resin. 

*For transparent tints: Please take note that you will need to use a needle to poke a hole in the nozzle to release the inks from the safety seal. Do not use a scissors to cut the tip as it will result in a large hole that will make it messy to use. 

*For artist powders: Please take note that if you simply mix the powder pigments into resin or Jesmonite with a stir stick, there may be undissolved clumps of pigments. You can consider getting a pestle and mortar to grind your powders before mixing into your resin.
