About Us

Resin Play is a place dedicated to all things resin. We sell high quality resin art supplies and conduct resin art and jewellery workshops in our cosy shophouse space nestled right in the heart of the city.

As experts in resin art supplies, we only sell the very best brands of resin art supplies, casting and mould-making materials personally tried and tested by us. For selected brands, we are the exclusive Singapore distributor.

You may purchase resin art supplies online, or make an appointment to visit our fun studio.

Our workshops are designed for beginners, serious crafters and resin enthusiasts! Basic workshops are taught by teachers trained under our founder Elaine, while advanced workshops are taught by Elaine. She has 13 years of experience in jewellery making and 10 years of experience in working with resin.

Sign up for our fun and therapeutic workshops here! All students will enjoy a 10% off resin art supplies on the day of their workshop.

Founded by Elaine Tan, Resin Play is a place to share her joy and satisfaction of playing with resin. With 10 years of experience in working with resins, Elaine has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in resin and jewellery making that she is happy to share and pass on through her workshops.

Having spent many years sourcing and experimenting with different brands of resins and mould-making supplies, Elaine has personally selected the very best of them and made them readily available at Resin Play. Understanding how difficult it is to get good quality materials locally, she continuously strives to ensure that students and artists alike can get their hands on only what works, without having to spend unnecessary time and money on trial and error.

Homegrown resin jewellery brands - Amado Gudek, Alfie De Meow and Analog Cufflinks - are the brainchildren of Elaine.

It was not until the summer of 2010, during a contemporary jewellery course at Central St Martins, that she discovered her love for resin. Since then, she has never stopped experimenting with this versatile medium.

Elaine has a masters in Brand Management (Istituto Marangoni) and a degree in Fashion Marketing and Management (Raffles Design Institute), which come in handy in running her business!
