Workshop Terms & Conditions 

Safety & Disclaimer:

We use certified non-toxic, non-hazardous resin in our workshop. However, if you are known to be allergic to resin of any form, we do not recommend you to join the workshop. Participants must follow our safety instructions to avoid any harm. We will not be liable for any damages or allergic reactions caused during the workshop.

 

Studio Rules:

We ask that you respect our studio by following a few basic studio rules:

  • No eating / drinking during the workshop where resin is concerned
  • No smoking and no alcoholic beverages allowed in our studio
  • Do not bring your own material(s) to work on during the workshop without our prior consent
  • No voice or video recording during the workshop
  • Refrain from touching or damaging the artworks in our studio
  • Follow carefully all instructions given during the workshop
  • Please treat our staff (teachers, assistants, etc.) with respect and do not verbally abuse, pester or harass them
  • Be mindful of other people's needs and behave in a socially appropriate manner that does not compromise any aspect of other students and our business

In the event of any wastage or spillage of materials from not following our rules, additional / replacement materials will be chargeable.

Participants who do not abide by our studio rules will be asked to leave the studio. Anyone who intentionally poses a threat to other students, our customers, staff, company and/or our business operations will also be asked to leave the studio and may be banned from attending our workshops.

 

Final Outcome of Artworks:

We endeavour to teach you the right techniques and guide you the right way during our workshop(s). However, the final aesthetic outcome of the artwork produced is ultimately dependent on each individual participant's work process, choice of colours/materials and work pace, etc. Especially for beginners attending their first class with us, we ask that you enjoy the process of playing with resin to familiarise yourself with the medium, rather than be too focussed on the final outcome of your artwork. We will not be liable for any discontent with regards to the aesthetic outcome of your artwork as art is very personal, subjective and an organic outcome of a creative process.

 

Cancellation & refund policy:

We do not allow cancellations or refunds once your slot has been booked on our website. Please make sure that you can absolutely make it for the workshop slot before you proceed to book. No refunds will be given if you do not turn up for the workshop. However, you may get a friend to take your place if you are unable to make it.

If you wish to reschedule your workshop, a $10 fee will be charged per pax. Rescheduling is subject to availability; if the workshop that you have initially signed up for is no longer available, you may select another workshop of the same value. No refunds will be given if the rescheduled workshop is of a lower value. A minimum of one working day notice is required for all rescheduling requests.

In the event that our workshops have to be suspended due to government measures, we will reschedule your slot to the next available date once we are allowed to resume. Priority will be given to those who have already signed up. If you are unable to make it for the rescheduled dates, you may choose to be refunded in store credits (gift card). There will strictly be no cash refunds. This applies to private and corporate workshops as well.

If the reason for not being able to attend the workshop is due to COVD-19 related reasons (E.g. SHN, doctor's advise upon swab test), please inform us beforehand. For such incidents, we will allow a one-time complimentary rescheduling of your workshop.

 

Copyright:

By registering for our workshop(s), you agree not to replicate our workshop(s) (content, lesson plan, literature, etc.) for profit. 

If you intend to replicate or adapt our workshops for profit, please seek written permission from us prior to registration.

If you are an art educator or teacher in a Ministry of Education (MOE) or MOE-registered school and would like to learn from us to teach your students, please let us know prior to registration. We may arrange a teacher-training scheme and offer special rates on teaching materials to support you, subject to approval.

Participants who fail to abide by our terms will be banned from attending our workshops and we reserve the right to take legal action.

 

Minimum class size:

Please take note that we require a minimum of 3 pax to confirm a class. In the unforeseen event of low sign ups, we will reschedule you to the next available class or you will be refunded in store credits (gift card).

 

Collection:

It takes 1 day for resin to cure. This means that you will not be able to bring home your completed artwork on the spot. You will need to pick up your artwork from our studio another day during store opening hours. It is recommended that you collect your artwork within a week as we will not be liable for any damages to your artwork due to prolonged storage. Due to limited space in our studio, artworks not collected within 1 month will be discarded / recycled.

Alternatively, you may have your artwork couriered to a local address for a small fee.

  

 

Product Terms & Conditions

Safety & disclaimer:

We describe all products sold on this website to the best of our ability and recommend them based on their properties as well as our own experience from working with them. However, we will not be liable for any damages to the person(s) using it or unsuitability of product(s) for your projects.

Our products are not intended for use by young children. If used by older children, adult supervision is strongly recommended. Again, we will not be liable for any damages to the person(s) using it or unsuitability of product(s) for your projects. You will need to make your own decision on what works best and wear personal protective equipment where necessary.

 

Cancellation & refund policy:

We do not allow cancellations or refunds once you have placed your order on our website. If your order has not been packed or dispatched and you still want to cancel your order, there will be a 5% cancellation admin fee. Hence, we will only be able to refund 95% of the order amount.

 

Shipping & delivery:

Your order will be dispatched according to the dispatch time(s) stated here. All orders are shipped via trackable registered mail or courier - we recommend shipping to a secure, attended location as a signature is required upon delivery.

Tracking is available on all orders, and tracking information will be provided via email upon dispatch. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available for a Singapore address, and up to 5 business days for an international address.

  

International Shipping:

For international orders, all taxes, duties, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s import policies and requirements.

 

Failed Deliveries:

It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct address. If your parcel has been returned to us due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, we'll contact you for a redelivery (shipping and handling fees will apply) once we receive the undelivered parcel.

In the event where the postman can't reach you and the parcel is returned to us, the same redelivery fee would apply.
