Note: Extensions are charged in 30-minute blocks, pro-rated based on your original session price. Add-ons and extensions made on-site are subject to availability; it is best to request in advance. Any top-ups can be paid via paynow on the day of your session.

Artwork Storage:
For CraftDesk sessions, overnight storage is chargeable and subject to space availability. Please discuss with us your storage requirements before booking a session.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We do not allow cancellations or refunds once your session has been checked out on our website. All sessions must be scheduled and fulfilled within 3 months from your date of order. As we will contact you to arrange the session after your order has been placed, please ensure that you leave your mobile number during your check out process. If you remain uncontactable despite multiple efforts to reach you, your session will be forfeited and not refunded.
Please take note that slots will be offered to you based on our prevailing availability during studio opening hours, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a specific date or timing, please check with us on availability before checking out on our website. There will be no refunds if you have already checked out on the website, but find out later that our available slots do not fit your timing.
No refunds will be given if you do not turn up for the session. However, you may get a friend to take your place if you are unable to make it.
If you wish to reschedule your session after it has been arranged, you may do so by giving us 5 working days notice, on the condition that your rescheduled session falls within 3 months from the date of your order. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If less than 5 working days notice is given for rescheduling, a $10 fee will be charged per pax.
