Brea Reese Alcohol Inks - Colours (20ml)

Brea Reese's alcohol ink is a fast drying, highly pigmented medium, which is used on non-porous surfaces. These vibrant colours are great for a variety of techniques including creating alcohol rainbow petri dishes / coasters.

For best results, use together with Brea Reese's blending solution to lighten or re-wet colours for unique blending and overlapping effects. 

Use these colour inks together with Brea Reese's metallic and white alcohol inks to create more depth in your artwork.

Alcohol ink is best used on waterproof paper, resin moulds, or any non-porous surface. The inks clean up with alcohol and re-wet themselves, allowing for unique effects and techniques not easily achieved with water-based systems.

Mix them into resin as translucent tints, or drip them directly into resin, alternating with our White Bloom alcohol ink to create blooming and 3D effects. The coasters shown in the images here are created with Brea Reese's coloured alcohol inks, our White Bloom alcohol ink, blending solution and Tim Holtz's mixatives.
